英国Iduron是一家专业从事糖胺聚糖（GAG）生产和销售的公司。它是由John Gallagher教授及曼彻斯特大学创立，Gallagher教授及其同事在糖胺聚糖领域发表了100多篇论文。Iduron糖胺聚糖/粘多糖产品多达百种，运用合适的分析检测方法包括HPLC、NMR、Mass或SEC等。Iduron的目标是为快速发展的GAG研究领域提供应用范围广阔的试剂和相关的产品以及专业的技术支持。Iduron产品包括糖胺聚糖、GAG二糖、糖胺聚糖寡糖、GAG降解酶以及肝素检测试剂盒。主要用于：生物医药，化妆品，营养食品等行业的科研。

1. Glycosaminoglycans—糖胺聚糖
Iduron在该系列产品中提供：多款高纯度黏多糖产品，包括普通肝素、肝素衍生物、碳-13肝素(Carbon-13 Heparin)、深海黏多糖产品等。
2. GAG Disaccharides Standards—二糖标准品
Iduron在该系列产品中提供：包括肝素糖、硫酸软骨素及硫酸皮肤素等多种黏多糖产品标准品，用以多糖组分及构成研究。
不饱和肝素二糖是通过细菌肝素酶对高级猪肝素的作用产生的，并通过高分辨凝胶过滤和离子交换色谱法分离出来。酶的作用导致尿酸中出现C4-C5双键（∆UA），在232纳米处吸收。产品包括N-未取代的二糖（HD010 - HD013）。
3. Glycosaminoglycan Oligosaccharides——糖胺聚糖寡糖
Iduron在该系列产品中提供：硫酸软骨素低聚糖、硫酸皮肤素低聚糖、肝素低聚糖(结构明确)、透明质酸低聚糖等多款黏多糖低聚糖产品。
4. GAG Degrading Enzymes——GAG降解酶

5. Heparin Test Kits & Heparin Quantification by REDPROBES——REDPROBES的肝素检测试剂盒和肝素定量检测

Iduron在该系列产品中提供：肝素定量-红探针试剂盒以及肝素检测试剂盒。
肝素和硫酸肝素（HS）的Redprobes检测是基于一种新型的荧光染料，肝素红，由德国海德堡大学的Roland Kramer教授开发。在与肝素或HS的复合物中，红色染料的荧光被降低，这一特性支持了一种敏感（大约1µg/ml的检测）和快速的分析技术，适合生物医学研究和工业流程中的许多应用。该检测方法有两种基于微孔的配方，一种是用于测量血浆中肝素或HS的肝素红试剂盒，另一种是具有各种应用潜力的肝素红超，如监测肝素的商业纯化，分析尿液和其 他生物体中的肝素。
